We offer virtual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults across Illinois, with services available in Spanish. Our approach combines evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and ERP with warmth, compassion, and cultural awareness. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, school stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or trauma, we’re here to walk alongside you. Our therapists help you build skills, process emotions, and reconnect with your inner strength—because you deserve to feel empowered in your journey. We currently accept Aetna and BCBS PPO/Blue Choice, and we’re actively working to expand access to care throughout the state. (Medicaid coming soon!)
